Artist Katherine Moffett loves creating beautiful things with a sense of meaning to use in your home. Over the last year, Katherine, niece of Kate Clark of the Bear and Fox, spent a lot of time in the hills of the sky, drawing from the beautiful landscape, and learning all about the world of Candace Wheeler. During this time, she created a line of stationery now available at the Onteora Library as well as customized pieces to be used at the Bear and Fox. As part of the Library Garden Celebration during the month of July, Katherine Moffett is offering this customized service to Onteora members.
Your design commission includes hand-painted lettering and a house portrait for 1-4 pieces. with consultation, layout design, and arranging for printing. 15% will be donated to the Onteora Library. This pricing is only available to members of Onteora Club. $550. Cost of printing is not included in design (see below for printing and letterpressing options.)
Katherine will be visiting Onteora throughout the summer and will be available to draw house portraits from life or with photo reference. Design can typically be delivered in 1-2 weeks.
